Château Grenouilles is a parcel within the Grenouilles Grand Cru, a monopoly of the La Chablisienne cooperative. The wine is always impressive. It has weight, richness, concentration and considerable potential. Yellow fruits, wood- ageing, spice and a firm structure.

Similar to the Preuses, there is an abundance of Chablis character to the green fruit and mineral reduction suffused nose. There is superb density to the large-scaled and palate coating flavors that brim with dry extract on the stony, detailed, powerful and imposingly long finish. But the really surprising aspect to this wine is just how refined it is; indeed only the Preuses is more refined in 2010.
